She was allegedly assaulted by a man who she met at a nightclub after confronting him about taking pictures of her. "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized", Lindsay's spokes person said. "The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody.
