Coffee Table Series "Bell" by Sebastian Herkner Sep 25th 2012, 20:07 Glass furniture is one of the best things when it comes to the style with elegance. Here comes a series of coffee tables, "bell", introduced by the designer firm, Sebastian Herkner. Practically the very unusual types of shapes are getting a very good companion to the house interiors. In this collection of Sebastian's, the elegance is combined with solidity. The glass seems to be quite fragile but there is bronze as the protective armor for this solid glass top. Though it's a bold decision to have such furniture at your home, but it is worth giving a try. This stylish glass tables are completely constructed by hand only. Glass blowers are the main tool used for this. There are a lot of different colors and variety of these glass-tables. The series so launched consists of Bell high and low tables. Bells painted in different colors. The designer Sebastian is one of the youngest German Design Award winners for his excellent creative designs. In 2007, he completed his graduation from Offenbach University of Arts and Design. For this coffee table series, he won Red Dot award in New York. So have a look at his work and enjoy.
