Halle Berry's Ex-Boyfriend Arrested For Attacking Her Fiance! Nov 23rd 2012, 07:39 Thanksgiving wasn't very calm for Halle Berry. After tensions following this month's court decision deciding that Halle cannot move to France with their daughter, her ex boyfriend Gabriel Aury and her fiancé Olivier Martinez got into a huge fight. Gabriel was dropping off their daughter Nahla at Halle's house to celebrate Thanksgiving, when he suddenly attacked Olivier. "Gabriel attacked Olivier and Olivier defended himself", the police confirms. Olivier may have a broken hand and neck injuries while Gabriel suffered a broken rib and a possible head injury.
