We spotted Heidi Klum out and about with her kids and her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen. We must say, she is one of our favorite Hollywood moms. The way she always take time to have fun with her children, walking them to school and going to different museums and stuff - we just love it! And the award for celebrity mom of the year goes to... Heidi Klum!
